Nathan Chandrasekaran

  • Nathan has been in private equity/finance for over 15 years. Nathan holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University) and a bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from Bowdoin College.

    Prior to starting CRP, Nathan spent over ten years at a NY-based middle market private equity firm with $1.5 billion of assets under management. Nathan was a board member of numerous companies, including Lift Brands, The Dwyer Group (now called Neighborly), DLT Solutions, and BQ Resorts. Earlier in his career, Nathan spent several years at Merrill Lynch in the media and telecom investment banking division, as a telecom strategy consultant at inCode Wireless (now a subsidiary of Ericsson) and started his career as a business analyst at Deloitte Consulting.

    • First job was an automotive associate at K-Mart

    • Favorite activity is Basketball & Ultimate Frisbee (with his kids)

    • Fun fact - We have more Amazon Alexas in our house than rooms

Pooneet Goel

  • Pooneet has been an entrepreneur and investor in the technology space for over 20 years.  Pooneet holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University) and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Stanford University.

    Sample investments include Aera Technology, Punchh Inc, PowWow Mobile, LeanData Inc, and True Green Solar. During that time, Pooneet also invested in, built, and operated over 10 megawatts of solar farms in India and Spain and continues to operate the farms.  Earlier in his career, Pooneet spent several years at Booz and Company advising Fortune 500 CEOs on operations strategy. He started his career as a software developer.

    Prior to joining CRP, Stephen worked in sales and business development across multiple industries including construction, lawn care, software sales (Utilities) and hardware sales (Aerospace)

    • First job was weed eating on commercial lawn care crew

    • Favorite activities are snowboarding and backpacking

    • Fun fact – Stephen doesn’t get cold! He would be fine wearing shorts and sandals year-round

  • Nick has worked in banking and finance roles for over 6 years. Nick holds a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of South Carolina.

    Prior to joining CRP, Nick was on the Corporate Development team of Convoy, a venture backed Digital Freight Network.

    Previously, Nick was on the underwriting team at Antares Capital, a leading private credit firm where he underwrote senior & junior credit facilities to companies owned by financial sponsors.

    Nick started his career as an analyst at Bank of America, in their Leveraged Finance group, lending money to portfolio companies owned by financial sponsors.

  • Swati has been in private equity research and analysis for over 8 years. She holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management, Gwalior, India and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunication from Nagpur University, India. She has cleared Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA, US) Level 2.

    Prior to joining CRP, Swati has supported Private Equity clients in US by helping them to scout targets in high growth industries, evaluate those targets through financial analysis, peer benchmarking, and financial modelling as well as built investment thesis by covering key trends in the industry, growth drivers, regulatory aspects etc. While at CRP, she has worked with internal and external parties to drive financial due diligence and helped closing two deals.

    • First job was an IT analyst at a Canadian insurance captive

    • Favourite activity is road cycling, from being an endurance cyclist she is now training to become a competitive cyclist 

    • Fun fact – “When” she cooks – its quick and delicious from butter chicken to chicken biryani all under 30 mins from meal prep to serving bowl!

Katie Nelson

  • Katie Nelson has 15+ years' of experience in accounting, HR, payroll, and strategic planning in support of overall business results. Katie holds an MBA from Grand Canyon University and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Bethany University.

    Prior to working at Arightco, Katie has worked in various roles managing accounting and business operations at several startup companies and has aided in several acquisitions to Oracle and Google.

    • Katie's first job was at a law firm as a legal secretary. 

    • Katie's favorite activity is reading books on the hammock in the backyard 

    • Fun fact - Katie was a collegiate volleyball player and was named an all conference athlete during her junior and senior seasons.

Kane Bardos

  • Kane Bardos is a psychometrician by profession and a graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Prior to joining CRP, Kane worked in a rehabilitation center handling juvenile delinquents. She has also worked as a social media manager and a general virtual assistant for various clients, helping them in their businesses.
