Nathan has been in private equity/finance for over 15 years. Nathan holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University) and a bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from Bowdoin College.
Prior to starting CRP, Nathan spent over ten years at a NY-based middle market private equity firm with $1.5 billion of assets under management. Nathan was a board member of numerous companies, including Lift Brands, The Dwyer Group (now called Neighborly), DLT Solutions, and BQ Resorts. Earlier in his career, Nathan spent several years at Merrill Lynch in the media and telecom investment banking division, as a telecom strategy consultant at inCode Wireless (now a subsidiary of Ericsson) and started his career as a business analyst at Deloitte Consulting.
First job was an automotive associate at K-Mart

Pooneet has been an entrepreneur and investor in the technology space for over 20 years. Pooneet holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University) and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Stanford University.
Sample investments include Aera Technology, Punchh Inc, PowWow Mobile, LeanData Inc, and True Green Solar. During that time, Pooneet also invested in, built, and operated over 10 megawatts of solar farms in India and Spain and continues to operate the farms. Earlier in his career, Pooneet spent several years at Booz and Company advising Fortune 500 CEOs on operations strategy. He started his career as a software developer.

Stephen has been in sales and business development for over 15 years. Stephen holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Portland State University.
Prior to joining CRP, Stephen worked in sales and business development across multiple industries including construction, lawn care, software sales (Utilities) and hardware sales (Aerospace)
First job was weed eating on commercial lawn care crew
Favorite activities are snowboarding and backpacking

Nick has worked in banking and finance roles for over 6 years. Nick holds a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of South Carolina.
Prior to joining CRP, Nick was on the Corporate Development team of Convoy, a venture backed Digital Freight Network.
Previously, Nick was on the underwriting team at Antares Capital, a leading private credit firm where he underwrote senior & junior credit facilities to companies owned by financial sponsors.
Nick started his career as an analyst at Bank of America, in their Leveraged Finance group, lending money to portfolio companies owned by financial sponsors.

Swati has been in private equity research and analysis for over 8 years. She holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management, Gwalior, India and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunication from Nagpur University, India. She has cleared Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA, US) Level 2.
Prior to joining CRP, Swati has supported Private Equity clients in US by helping them to scout targets in high growth industries, evaluate those targets through financial analysis, peer benchmarking, and financial modelling as well as built investment thesis by covering key trends in the industry, growth drivers, regulatory aspects etc. While at CRP, she has worked with internal and external parties to drive financial due diligence and helped closing two deals.
First job was an IT analyst at a Canadian insurance captive
Favourite activity is road cycling, from being an endurance cyclist she is now training to become a competitive cyclist
Fun fact – “When” she cooks – its quick and delicious from butter chicken to chicken biryani all under 30 mins from meal prep to serving bowl!

Katie Nelson has 15+ years' of experience in accounting, HR, payroll, and strategic planning in support of overall business results. Katie holds an MBA from Grand Canyon University and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Bethany University.
Prior to working at Arightco, Katie has worked in various roles managing accounting and business operations at several startup companies and has aided in several acquisitions to Oracle and Google.
Katie's first job was at a law firm as a legal secretary.
Katie's favorite activity is reading books on the hammock in the backyard
Fun fact - Katie was a collegiate volleyball player and was named an all conference athlete during her junior and senior seasons.

Kane Bardos is a psychometrician by profession and a graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Prior to joining CRP, Kane worked in a rehabilitation center handling juvenile delinquents. She has also worked as a social media manager and a general virtual assistant for various clients, helping them in their businesses.

Aditi Mohan brings over 20 years of nonprofit and education expertise to the work of solving critical problems around equity and opportunity. The unique multi-sector experience Aditi has from her leadership at Google (designed + launched CodeNext), the Silicon Valley Leadership Group (led Education Policy & Program), WestEd, and as a Teach for America teacher enables her to provide strategic advisory services through P16 Partners for clients across the social impact, private, ed tech and philanthropic sectors. Aditi serves as a Board Member for Girls Leadership, Teach for America - Bay Area and A for Arizona. She is a 2022 National Voices Fellow, has been named as a 2021 Woman of Influence, was recognized as a 2020 Top Executive in Nonprofit & Education and received the Silicon Valley Business Journal's 2019 Silicon Valley Community Impact Award.
Aditi holds a B.A. in Philosophy with a Minor in South Asian Studies from UC Berkeley and a Master in Education Policy & Management from Harvard University.

Paul Auffermann is an accomplished go-to-market operator and advisor focusing on technology companies in the ERP, AI/ML and Analytics markets. Paul graduated summa cum laude from Bowdoin College and holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
Since 2006 Paul has worked in senior executive leadership roles with venture backed and private equity-owned software businesses such as NetSuite, DataRobot, and Pluralsight. Paul began his career in management consulting with Oliver Wyman advising technology and financial services companies on top strategic issues.

Suba Chandrasekaran is an accomplished commercial and operations professional in the healthcare & life sciences industry. As an advisor, Suba helps companies navigate through the pre-clinical and clinical phases of the drug development process. Suba graduated from Tufts University with a degree in Biology and holds an MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business.
Suba began her career as a research associate in the life sciences industry with Perceptive Informatics, a Medical Imaging company. Suba continued to work in the industry for companies such as Parexel, a Clinical Research Organization and Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS), a pharmaceutical company, in various business functions, such as operations, account management and strategic partnerships with the objective to accelerate drug-to-market.

She is Operating Executive with 20+ years of general management, business development, and strategy leadership with end-to-end P&L ownership; including innovating, launch, execution, growth, and scaling several multi-billion dollar businesses. Experience spans hiring and developing large teams from day 1, sourcing and negotiating complex partnerships, strategic analysis, marketing, BI/customer insights, content acquisition, selection/pricing/inventory strategy, growth initiatives, financial modeling, creating and achieving paths to profitability, and due diligence / integration of multi-billion dollar mergers & acquisitions.

As founder and CEO of Custom Computer Specialists, Greg has been leading the way in transformational technology for education. Focused on the convergence of wireless networking and 5G communication technologies, Greg and his team have been instrumental in designing solutions that support the HyFlex classroom and remote learning.
With his visionary perspective, Greg’s innovations have enabled an immersive classroom environment solution that introduced front and rear speaker-tracking cameras to ensure that all students, no matter where they were located, were able to experience in person learning.
He has earned the Long Island University Southampton College’s Distinguished Alumnus Award, is a three-time Entrepreneur of the Year finalist, and honored member of the Young Presidents’ Organization. Greg was named to Long Island’s Power List, and under his helm, Custom was named a Best Places to Work, Best Computer Services and Best Cyber Security Firm. He is a board member of the HIA-LI, and the Long Island University Board of Trustees.
Impassioned with giving back to the communities he serves, Greg has been frequently recognized for his philanthropic efforts, including being a two-time recipient of Long Island Business News’ Corporate Citizenship Award. Greg is an avid auto racing enthusiast and resides on Long Island with his wife Linda.

Tom Furey is the Chief Executive Officer of Sagetech Avionics, having led the company since its launch in late 2019 following a carve-out of the avionics division of Sagetech Corporation. He also serves as an independent director on the board of CPI Card Group, Inc. a NASDAQ-listed payments industry leader. Prior to the Sagetech Avionics incorporation, Tom served for five years as the Chief Operating Officer of Sagetech Corporation, following a 20-year career in executive, engineering and manufacturing leadership roles in the aerospace, automotive, chemical and printing industries. Tom began his career as a Naval Flight Officer flying the A-6 Intruder aircraft, including service in the Persian Gulf during the first Gulf War. Tom holds a BS in Mathematics from the U.S. Naval Academy, MS degrees in Engineering from California State University and MIT, as well as an MBA from the Sloan School of Business at MIT.

In his role as Chief Executive Officer of CTL, Erik oversees all domestic and international operations. Since becoming CEO, he has led a profitable product strategy, expanded accounts globally, driven operational efficiencies, and driven substantial revenue growth. Under his leadership, CTL has won numerous awards for its products and community involvement. Before becoming CEO, Erik served in critical roles at CTL, including President and COO, ChiefFinancial Officer, and Vice President of Sales and Business Development. Erik holds degrees in Accounting and Finance from the University of Oregon and has completed The Cornell Executive Leadership Program. Erik is a licensed CPA, serves on several advisory boards, including the Intel Board of Advisors and Western Oregon University Foundation Finance Committee. Erik was recognized by Portland Business Journal's 40 under 40 list, identifying rising stars based on career, influence, leadership, and community involvement. In his spare time, Erik enjoys running, playing music, and spending time with his family. He lives in Portland, Oregon, with his wife and identical twin boys Nikko & Viggo.

Jay Whitchurch is the Chief Executive Officer at Custom Computer Specialists. Jay has over 25 years of experience driving business growth and successfully leading organizations through change. His career has been defined by his work in helping clients through digital/technology change, creating and managing SaaS-based products and technology services, and empowering teams to grow.
Prior to Custom, Jay was the President of Scantron and drove growth across the Scantron business through acquisitions, alliances, and new products/services. An accomplished entrepreneur, he also founded and led campus2careers, an innovative Education Technology company focused on college and career readiness. After driving substantial growth and winning various awards, campus2careers was acquired in 2013. He previously led other organizations and served in senior executive roles with some of the Education industry leaders including Senior Vice President for Pearson’s Educational Assessment business and Senior Vice President/Chief Information Officer with Harcourt Assessment.
Before embarking on his work in Education Technology and Technology Services, Jay was a senior leader with Booz & Company as part of a long and successful career in strategy consulting, advising global organizations and C-level executives on key strategic initiatives. He has an MBA from the McCombs School of Business (University of Texas at Austin), graduating with honors, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration also from McCombs. He has served as an advisor and/or on the boards of various organizations including CTB McGraw-Hill’s Innovation Board, Edfolio, GYLO, Moolah U., Circular Energy (chair), AlertMedia, and the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce Ed Tech Committee. Jay enjoys coaching youth sports, golfing, basketball, and travelling in his free time.

David is the Chief Executive Office of Business Solution Partners (“BSP”) and a CPA. BSP are advisors to financial executives on streamlining business operations through automation. Business Solution Partners is a nationally recognized Oracle-NetSuite ERP, Workday Adaptive and HubSpot Partner. Business Solution Partners streamlines accounting and finance departments legacy and Excel based systems with automated approval processes generally reducing month end close time and providing superior reporting and forecasting. David is responsible for setting Business Solution Partners strategic direction and ensuring that the company continually meets the ever-changing needs of its clients. In his day-to-day activities, David provides strategic planning and visioning services to clients, helps establish relationships with strategic partners and guides development of internal methodologies. He also holds certifications in Oracle-NetSuite, Workday Adaptive Insights and HubSpot. David founded BSP in 1992, which specializes in mid market software selection and implementation services. A 1984 graduate of Adelphi University with degrees in Accounting and Computer Science, David began his professional career at Deloitte as a CPA on the audit team and later developed the small business computer consulting practice for Deloitte’s Long Island office.

Peterson, III has been the President of Certified Multimedia Solutions LTD for 18 years, President of CertiCable, Inc. for 12 years, President of Dr. Alarm, Inc. for 10 years and CEO of TiniFiber® for 7 years. In each of these roles, he has been committed to delivering quality products and services that meet the needs of his customers. His personal goal is to provide a professional technology related service to clients that will always exceed their expectations.
With has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications and security industries, Christian has successfully developed and launched new products and services in both markets. he has a proven track record in new business development and has generated millions of dollars in revenue for his companies. Christian was awarded the U.S. Patent for TiniFiber in 2015, a revolutionary, patented fiber that is stronger, smaller, and more flexible than ordinary fiber cables. He was also awarded the U.S. Patent for a unique Cell Phone Case for Selectively Blocking Sound and Video Input in 2016.
In 2014, he was recognized by the Future Business Leaders of America Invitational for his dedication to the students at the Business Education Department at the West Islip High School. Under his presidency, TiniFiber® has won the Platinum Government Security Award back-to-back in 2015 & again in 2016. They also won the Gold for Outstanding Score in the Cabling Installation & Maintenance 2018 Innovators Awards Program and ‘ASTORS’ Best Aviation.
